Hi, we’re so happy you found us!
This space was created to help you and your partner share a beautifully embodied first dance, no matter your previous dance experience. My focus is on helping you feel comfortable, connected, and fully present with each other.
I bring over 15 years of professional dance experience, and I love dance in all its forms. Alongside my background in Ballroom and Latin, I continue to deepen my teaching through embodiment practices such as Contact Improvisation. This allows me to support couples not only in learning steps, but in truly enjoying the experience of moving together.
